Terms and Conditions
Payment

50% deposit to confirm your booking.

The remaining 50% 8 weeks prior to your visit.

Furnishings, Linen and Inventory.

Biallid House is furnished and equipped to cater for the stated permitted occupancy and includes major items of domestic equipment as listed in individual property descriptions. Bedding (pillows and duvets) is provided along with linen and towels. A detailed inventory list will be posted with your final invoice 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Booking

To book the property, please use submit our online enquiry form or telephone Biallid House direct. Once you have made your provisional telephone reservation, a booking form will be sent to you. Please return it to us within 5 days with the initial deposit to confirm the booking.

The balance is payable no later than eight weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. If you are paying within eight weeks of the start of your holiday, payment in full is required with your booking form. Details of directions and key instructions are issued on receipt of the final payment.

Cancellation

Cancellation insurance is not included with your booking.

If your holiday is cancelled and we are able to re-let the booking a refund minus an administration fee of 30% will be made. If due to the lateness of the cancellation and re-letting is not possible the client is liable for the full costs.

Pets

Generally, pets are welcome at Biallid House and there is no surcharge. Please advise us if you intend to bring pets. These must be kept under strict control at all times.

Damage Sureties

In all cases, we ask for a damage surety deposit prior to the commencement of each holiday. This is returnable to the hirer less the cost of making good any damage or loss to the property or for excessive cleaning found necessary following the period of occupation.
The deposit required is £500.00 and will be required to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
